Schubert's schnapps

Most of us know Schubert but the second word gives me some hard time. Uh..must be a German word, and I was right.
It means
strong alcoholic beverage.

And that resolves this mystery of this statue. It is a wine bottle.

However, after opening the bottom, more interesting things came out.
It is a built-in music box in the bottom and also there is a small pin hole in the gap between the wine bottle bottom and music box top.
It might be for the spy purpose...lol...just a wild guess.

Roma- piazza di spagna

Thanks for google powerful search engine
I found the translation right away

The Spanish Steps in Rome

Recently because some household needs, my husband got some stuff from the auction place,
and very often we found a lot of very interesting antique. Man...this antique research thing
can get addicted, and full of excitement when you found a special piece that belongs to 19th century when it was buried down in the box that on one wants it.
It takes you to travel around the places that you never expect you would know, and best part is
no jet lag.

cheers

It should be a reprint, and the zz part looks like rr, but with the quick suggestion of google search engine, I quickly found the place and saw the real image....it was wonderful!
